Staying on your preferred dates

How do we manage to please up to 8 co-owners to share a holiday home and make sure they all enjoy the moment of their choice ?

Location of the property

All OWN18 homes are located in regions with good infrastructure all year long (including shops, restaurants, and bars with off-season opening hours). In addition, all homes are equipped for all seasons, e.g., with a pool, sauna, gym, and fireplace.

Compatible needs

OWN18 brings together owners whose needs are compatible. For example, families with school-age children from different regions (so they don’t have the same school holiday times) are paired with couples without children, or families with adult offspring.

Transparency

To ensure fair distribution of property usage between Co-Owners with compatible usage needs, the OWN18 reservation system has transparent reservation rules.

Get to know each other - call

During this introduction call we answer all your questions and listen to your dreams.


Based on that we will both be able to confirm the interest and fit with the program. Because this is what really matters.

Go through docs & contracts

During this second call we go through all documents and contracts so you have a perfect understanding of the concept and the way forward. Also we validate the complementarity of your needs with the other co-owners.

Visit the property

Once you're ready to go we organise a detailed visit of the property so you can get a feeling if it is really the dream property you are looking for. On your way back we organise the reservation of your share, giving you some additional time to reflect.

Sign & enjoy

Once the property is ready (after the OWN18 upgrade or immediately after the visit if you are the last co-owner to join) you fill in the agenda with your preferred dates, and prepare your luggages.
